Promotions - Understanding Promotion Metrics

Who doesn't love exciting data? When your promotions have ended, the beers have been finished, and check-ins tallied, here's the metrics we'll share via email if you'd like.

New Subscribers: This is the number of users who have subscribed to your venue as a result of your promotions.

Impressions: The number of times your promotion was seen by an Untappd user. The promotions are triggered by nearby check-ins.

Check-ins: How many more check-ins during your promotion compared to the previous two weeks.

Unique Customers: Percentage increase of first-time (new customer) check-ins during your venue's two week promotion.

First Time Check-ins: How many visitors to your venue checked-in a beer for the first time driven by your promotions.
New Customer: An Untappd user who visits, and checks-in a beer for the first time during your two weeks of promotion.

Ranking: This rank is based on the number of check-ins at your venue, compared to other venues within a 20 mile radius.
