FAQ - Changing/Resetting your Password

Forgot your Password?

If you are unable to gain access to your account & have forgotten your password, take the following steps to reset your password:
Make sure that you are at the Untappd for Business website or on the Untappd for Business mobile app.


Mobile App:

Once there, look below the sign-in form for “Forgot your password?”

You’ll then be prompted to enter the email that you use to sign into Untappd for Business.

Want to Reset your Password?

If you are logged into your Untappd for Business account and need to change your password, here’s how:
First, click on your name in the top right corner and select “Account Settings” from the dropdown menu.

You will then see the section titled “Update Password” – type in a new password at least 8 characters in length and click save to activate your new password.
